CASS Director (Economic Affairs & National Development) Dr Usman W Chohan’s fourth book, Pandemics & Public Value Management, explores various facets of the COVID-19 pandemic using Public Value Theory (PVT). The aim of this hybrid book launch event, conducted in-person (at CASS) and virtually, was to invite a select group of leading scholars from Canada, Italy, Pakistan and the United States to:

  • discuss PVT in the pandemic’s context and vice versa; and,
  • critique and provide comments on the book itself.
