Muhammad Saad is a Research Assistant at the Centre for Aerospace and Security Studies (CASS), Islamabad. Saad holds a Bachelors in International Relations from the National Defence University, Islamabad. Saad’s areas of interest contain Environment and Energy, Climate Finance, Green Transition in Emerging Economies, and Climate Resillience.
