DIRECTOR

(a)       Must-have

• PhD in Aerospace, Emerging Technologies, War Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Diplomacy, Security Studies, Public Policy, Economy or a related discipline from an HEC-recognised local or foreign university

• Minimum 15 years of experience in research / academia and think tank, related to above-mentioned disciplines

• Strong analytical and academic writing skills, along with communication skills 

• Exhibit a track record of successfully supervising / leading a research team within think tank / academia or similar organisation

(b)       Preferred

• Experience serving in senior roles within think tank, multilateral organisations, or national / international policy institutions
• Well-developed national and international professional network across diplomatic, academic, defence, and policy communities
